Throughout the customer journey, there are messages which use a factual, educational tone-of-voice to inspire you to stick to your fitness regime (for

example the in-locker messaging). There are also personalised messages which are sent to your mobile device at predetermined times or intervals. This unique messaging system is almost like a personal trainer who never leaves your side, always there to push you on towards your fitness goal.
