With three tiers of achievement, the programme recognises and rewards the on-brand behaviour of the flydubai team. From simple gestures such as a post-it note thanking your teammate or colleague to more formal recognition at bi-annual awards events, the programme fosters and celebrates behaviour which is aligned with flydubai’s four core values – Dynamic, Efficient, Reliable and Human.
