Credit to the developers for creating something which diverges from the current norm. First Avenue, as the development is now known, features a European-style shopping

boulevard with a unique indoor-outdoor appeal and an unusual ratio of retail to F&B outlets – 70 high-street retailers and 15 different dining experiences to be precise. The name, brand identity and communication materials were all developed to reflect a distinct European flair.
