Through in-depth, internal and external stakeholder interviews it was revealed that clients were as captivated by the spaces this group of architects, engineers and designers created as they were about the experience of collaborating with them during the developmental process. The brand strategy, encapsulated in the core essence “people delivering indescribably human experiences”, ensures that the over 140 individual personalities that make up LW are always as important as the way their spacial designs touch people’s lives.
